Full Mortality


 This liability coverage is for people or organizations putting on a one, two, or three day event such as a team roping, parade, exhibition show, barrel race, or rodeo (excluding rough stock events) for profit.  It will cover you if someone is injured (participants and organization members are specifically excluded) or someone else's property is damaged and you are held responsible.

You can choose from liability limits ranging from $300,000 to $1,000,000 per occurrence.  It also includes legal defenses, medical payments up to $5,000 and fire liability up to $50,000. You must obtain a signed Release of Liability (waiver) from all participants and you will need to provide us with a copy of this form.
