Horse clubs and their typical functions pose unique exposures which can lead to liability claims against them. Coverage under our Club policy is tailored to cover all activities of the club throughout the year - shows, meetings, trail rides, clinics, rodeos, parades, etc. This policy will cover the club for injury to a person (participants are excluded) and property damage. However, property in the club's care, custody and control is specifically excluded (i.e. rented arenas, club owned premises). This coverage is commonly known as "spectator coverage".

You may select liability limits ranging from $300,000 to $1,000,000. This policy allows for 7 event dates (meaning events that are open to the general public) under the minimum premium. For any additional events, there will be an additional charge. You may declare additional insureds on your initial application (i.e. property owners) at no charge. Any added during the year will be an additional charge. Please have an estimate of club members and spectators for your events, as this will affect the premium charge. This policy will also pay legal costs, offer medical payments up to $5,000 and fire liability up to $50,000.
