This is a liability policy designed for people in the "horse business", such as training, breeding, boarding, riding instruction, pony rides, equestrian day camps, farriers, trail rides, dude ranch/resort and horse drawn vehicle rides.  It covers you for claims arising out of accidents causing bodily injury or property damage for which you are held legally responsible.

You can select limits of liability ranging from $300,000 to $1,000,000. And when that's not enough coverage, the company also can provide excess liability coverage (in some states).  In addition to the limit of the liability selected, the policy also provides for the payment of all legal costs involved with a claim or lawsuit.  This feature alone could save you thousands of dollars in the event of a serious accident. Medical payments up to $5,000 and Fire damage up to $50,000, are included as well.
