This coverage is designed for equine professionals that have horses belonging to other people in their "care, custody and control" for training, breeding, boarding, etc. The policy provides coverage for you if a customer's horse is injured, killed or stolen and you are held responsible by either the owner of the horse or their insurance company.

This policy contains two limits of liability. One limit applies per horse and the other is a maximum limit per policy (for things such as a barn fire or trailering accident where more than one horse might be injured or killed in the same accident). See application for available coverage limits and premiums. This policy also provides for payment of legal defense costs associated with a claim or lawsuit up to the limit of the policy.
